She is well-versed in public policy, government relations, and advocacy campaigns. Catharine started her career conducting non-partisan research for the Pennsylvania General Assembly before joining the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania, where she assisted in representing the interests of private colleges and universities within the Commonwealth. She went on to work for a government relations firm where she developed successful legislative strategies and lobbied the Pennsylvania General Assembly and agencies on behalf of clients in industries including healthcare, insurance, transportation, and gaming. In addition to helping the firm’s clients navigate the complex legislative process, Catharine ensures our clients are current on the latest happenings n Pennsylvania politics.
